the rural community churches where he has great success through vocational training programs in partnership with other like-minded churches and organizations abroad.

Through Wilmose’s leadership, Providence International School Kapitoi just 30 kilometers east of Eldoret city was begun in 2018. Providence International School was started in Memory and Gratitude to Mzee Kibendo Arap Silita, my late father who was forced to drop out of Intermediate 4 to take care of his aging parents after his younger brother died suddenly. His eldest brother was in Burma serving in the 2nd World war. With no income from any formal employment, he worked hard to purchase the land that Providence International School occupies.

The school serves families from many faiths and will not permit any attempts to convert others to one’s own religious faith on the part of any student, parent, or staff member. Students from all the different churches and denominations will make up the Providence School family. We shall, however, unapologetically teach salvation through the teachings of Jesus Christ, without any attempt to avoid religious issues that may be considered a "hot button" as much as possible.
